Thank you for this. Truly. I admit I read It somewhat hurriedly but will definitely go back through more closely. I am Worried about “our” growing addiction to entertainment. I never loved Brave New World because of the writing, but Huxley sure nailed the core issue of our dystopia as you have highlighted so well in your post. His student Orwell sure gets credit for the relevancy of 1984, but I think BNW is more useful to anyone that wants to grab strategic hold of their “locus of control.”
